One purchase, never will again.Bought a pair of hiking boots and found the sole to be separating.

I contacted and told them the case, this was found after wearing one or two times, ruvilla and told to send pictures. after pictures, the response was that they would not take a return as these had been worn. Of course the shoes would not be resellable, that is why I was contacting them. I was instructed to contact the manufacturer and given inaccurate information on how to reach them.

The Manufacturer finally said that I should be able to get a refund through the original retailer, but that he could not give me a refund, but offered to fix or replace the shoe if I would pay for shipping both ways. Any further attempts to reach ruvilla have been met with silence. Now I can either pay through the nose for shipping or left with a failing product.

I paid money for these already.No class.
