I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers for my daughter. When they arrived, they were an entire shoe size larger!

It has been almost 2 months, 5 e-mails and 2 phone calls with left messages and I still have no resolution.

I originally was planing to keep this pair for myself ( easier and cheaper than returning/exchanging) and buy her another, but there was no way to figure out what size she would need without guidance of a live customer service rep and this company plain SUCKS and I will never give them my business. In 2017 when everybody and their mother knows how important client experience and customer service is to alienate a good customer is plain bad business

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

VILLA Cons: Customer service and speed of handling an issue.

this website is unprofessional and *** I bought 8.5 size shoes and it is bigger than standard 10.5 shoes when the label on it does show 8.5. Customer service told me there is no exchange policy and I have to pay for the shipping to return. The product and service sucks.
